Custom Guard | Industrial Food Mixer
Made from magnetic and non-magnetic formed stainless steel, this custom guard features a swaged (or flattened) attachment point and cosmetic welds. Stainless steel is smooth to the touch and won’t cut or nick skin.
Machine Guard | Industrial
Custom guard for an HVAC application was manufactured using ¼” steel with stamped and formed mounting brackets. Threaded inserts are welded to the frame pieces to bolt the guard in place. Acme Wire Products assisted the customer with a redesign from the previous punched metal design. The new wire guard was a cost effective alternative that reduced scrap generated by punching the openings.
Light Guard | Industrial
Light guards require an open design but still need to prevent access to hot lamps. This stainless steel guard provides improved visibility while protecting the end user from contacting the light surface.
