The Acme Wire team engineers products to your exact specifications. Often, the customer is not certain about the way to best develop the precise specifications and materials for wire and metal components. This is where the Acme Wire Team will assist you in designing the most appropriate component or part to meet your requirements including the high standards necessary to fabricate wire to exacting and repeatable measures.

Every wire fabrication project begins at the starting point in our ACME PRO FAB* process, from concept--the direction to which we can find a solution that is sustainable. From there the project moves blueprint/CAD stage. Here the Acme Wire Team will demonstrate the feasibility of the fabrication. From these stages the project is sound and moves forward to tooling and product phases, with checkpoints all the way. The end product, wire basket, rack or other component is produced. The

The Acme Wire team has worked with customers on all levels from simple hand sketches to sophisticated drawings to electronic files. The process we apply is diagramed above however; the underlying process is always the experienced Acme Wire team serving the customer. What’s more, we stock a range of metals in order to keep your project in motion. Coating and Finishes

The Acme Wire in-house processes provide epoxy, vinyl, polyolefin.

Working with local qualified finishers for zinc, nickel, chrome, galvanized or electro-polished finishes insures productivity in project momentum.

All parts are inspected for finish thickness and coating uniformity guaranteeing you a high quality part.
